I am majoring in Industrial Design at the Rhode Island School of Design (2018), with a minor in Nature Culture & Sustainability Studies (NCSS). Yo soy Colombiana! — born in Bogota, I was raised in Virginia. I like to explore new places and cultures to better inform my view of the world. It excites me that I can make anything I can imagine. I enjoy meeting + making with other creative people at events like Designation, Better World by Design, HackHarvard, MakeHarvard, She Hacks and Hack@Brown.

Currently, I am collaborating with Dr. Jason Hack, Professor of Emergency Medicine at Brown Medical School on reimagining pain quality assessment. This semester, I am enrolled in an interdisciplinary Product Design and Development course with Massachusetts Institute of Technology Engineers + Sloan School of Business students.

After graduation, I will be a designer joining the interdisciplinary team at Philips Healthcare Innovation Lab in Cambridge, Massachusetts. If your in the area, ping me.

Previously I worked with: Tellart, Loft, Victaulic, MASS Design Group, Scale Up Labs.
